FINAL NOTICE

WITHHELD RESULT FMG SCREENING TEST SEPTEMBER - 2011

It is hereby informed that result of Provisionally Eligible candidates for FMG Screening test conduct on 25/09/2011 is still withheld for the want of one or more of the following documents.

1      Photocopy of Foreign Medical Qualification certificate, Apostilled / Attested by Indian Embassy and then attested by a Gazetted Officer of India.

2      Copy of latest passport size photograph, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

3      Photocopy of Eligibility Certificate issued by MCI, attested by a Gazetted Officer.

4      Photocopy of Passport, attested by a Gazetted Officer.

5      Photocopy of 10 + 2 certificate & Marks Sheet (with Biology, Physics & Chemistry), attested by a Gazetted Officer.

6      Any Other

       

The provisional eligible candidates are required to submit the necessary document (as already informed vide earlier letter/s) latest by10^th January, 2012, failing which their candidature may be cancelled. Further correspondence shall be not entertained in this regard. Result of such candidates shall be declared only on submission of required documents.Candidates are advised to see their result on website www.natboard.edu.in.
